Skyward provides Fort Bend ISD students with quick access to grades, assignments, records and school resources. But what if you need help with your Skyward FBISD student account? Here are some support options:
Login Issues
If you have trouble logging into Skyward, first double-check that your username and password are entered correctly. Usernames are formatted as firstname.lastname and passwords are case-sensitive.
If you still can’t access your account, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your credentials or “Unlock Account” if locked out. You can also contact your school office directly for login assistance.

Using Skyward
Once logged in, but not sure how to find certain information or navigate the system? Reach out to your homeroom teacher for help. They can walk you through viewing your grades, assignments, attendance records, schedule, and more. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!
Mobile App Activation
Want access to your phone? Download the Skyward FBISD Mobile Access app and activate it using your standard Skyward FBISD login credentials. If you have trouble with activation, call the district’s Skyward helpdesk for support.
Information Updates
Need to update personal information like your address or phone number? Visit the school registrar to submit any changes to your student record details.
For class schedule changes, speak to your school counselor. They can adjust your schedule as needed.
Grades & Assignments
See an error with your grades or a missing assignment? Reach out to your teacher directly via email or in-person to get it corrected or submit the missing work.
Check the assignments calendar in Skyward to see upcoming work and due dates. Stay on top of your homework!
Attendance Records
If you notice an incorrect absence or tardy mark, let the front office staff know so they can amend your attendance record accordingly.
For questions about attendance codes or absences, the front office can explain policies.
